Brief Biography:
I am Dounia Mansouri from Morocco, and I have over 10 years of experience working as a high school English teacher. I hold a bachelor's degree in English linguistics, a professional bachelor's in TEFL, and a master's in TEFL. I served as a Fulbright FLTA at the University of Georgia from 2022-2023. Throughout my career, I have worked with international organizations in Morocco, focusing on intervention programs for migrants and school dropouts. Additionally, I contributed as a global educator for the IEARN (Bridge) online course in the USA.

Research Interests:
My research interests revolve around reading literacy and technology, multilingual education, investigating how English Language Learners (ELL) negotiate their linguistic identity in academic settings, and examining how race and socio-economic variables affect language identity and language learning.
