BORC offers DNA extraction services for users, accommodating various materials such as tail tips, cells, or small pieces of other tissues/organs. The extracted DNA will be dissolved in nanopure water or TE buffer according to customer preferences. This purified DNA serves as a direct template for PCR, enabling genotyping and cloning, both of which are additional services provided at BORC.
BORC offers RNA isolation services for most tissue types, including blood and cell cultures. Our downstream services encompass cDNA synthesis, gene expression analysis using techniques like real-time PCR and digital droplet PCR, and gene cloning.
