BORC provides DNA extraction services for users. The materials can be a tail tip, cells or a small piece of other tissue/organs. The DNA will be dissolved in nanopure water or TE buffer as requested by the customers. The isolated and purified DNA can be dierectly used as template for PCR to perform genotyping and cloning that are also provided at BORC.
BORC offers RNA isolation from most tissue types, including blood or cell cultures. We also provide downstream services such as cDNA synthesis, gene expression (real time PCR and digital droplet PCR) and gene cloning.
