CV: Amy Sehi

Amy Sehi joined the Department of Special Education and Communication Disorders in July 2025 as a lecturer and clinical educator in the Barkley Speech Language and Hearing Clinic.

Amy has extensive experience as a pediatric SLP within the education setting (ages 3-21) across 3 states (Nebraska, North Carolina and Iowa). Most recently, Amy has worked for Central Rivers Area Education Agency in Cedar Falls, Iowa.  In addition to providing direct speech and language services to children in the educational setting, Amy has been involved with numerous leadership and training roles.  This included an SLP statewide committee to develop and deliver training for newly hired staff as well as a leadership position supporting SLPs with caseload management and ongoing training needs.
