AuD Elective Course Options
Applies to: Typically, this applies to third-year Au.D. students.
MPUP-SPADE students, please refer to your MPUP-SPADE curriculum map for your elective courses.
It is recommended that AuD students take the following elective courses:
- Fall Year 3, SPED 846 Visual Impairment
- Spring Year 3, SLPA 884 Speech and Language Development of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
If a student wishes to take courses other than the recommended ones, the student must receive approval from their academic advisor. All elective courses must be relevant to the AuD major and have an 800 or 900 number (graduate only). The classes listed below are merely alternative suggestions.
