The Office of Graduate Studies establishes and publishes a Steps to Program Completion outlining the steps and forms needed for completion of a student's Ph.D. program. It is the student's responsibility to familiarize him/herself with deadlines for submission of forms and documents to Graduate Studies. Department-specific deadlines are also the student's responsibility and are mentioned in the sections that follow.
NOTE: Students entering the Ph.D. program are not required to complete a Master's Degree. However, if a student desires to complete a Master's Degree, it must be done prior to being admitted to the Ph.D. program.
