Once the student has completed the comprehensive exam and the Supervisory Committee has agreed to PASS the student, an Application for Admission to Candidacy form must be completed. The student needs to secure signatures from all Committee members as testimony that the student has passed their exam, demonstrates desired competencies and has completed all required coursework. The form, once signed, should be submitted to the Graduate Coordinator.
