Drug Testing
If a supervised practice facility requests drug testing, the cost of the drug test will be paid for by the program.
Criminal Background Check
All students are required to complete a background check prior to beginning the program. If a criminal or abuse record is present, the student may not be eligible to complete learning experiences in various facilities and consequently may be unable to complete the program. The background check will be paid by the student.
Required Immunizations
Placement of students will not be dependent upon their vaccination status or willingness to complete required testing.
Immunizations and required testing for immunity or disease presence are determined by each individual supervised practice facility. If a practice facility requires immunizations and/or testing and the student does not comply, the student will be unable to commence nor continue the program.
Requirements are subject to change during the program and students are expected to comply with any changes in order to continue the program.
