The purpose of the program is to provide supervised experiential learning experiences that are supervised by preceptors and other professional staff members. The student is not to replace employees. However, students can be expected to perform a variety of duties to meet the needs of the facility on a particular day as would be expected of a preceptor or professional staff member.
