All private information provided by the student as part of the application process to the program and graduate college will be kept confidential.
A student’s evaluation is to be discussed in private with the student, supervising preceptor(s), and program director (if requested). The only exception will be if either the student or preceptor requests and/or approves of other persons to be present. In this case, both the student and preceptor must agree to the presence of the third party.
Copies of electronic evaluations will be maintained on a secure UNL remote server by the program director. Before any student’s assignments or evaluations are shared, permission will be requested from the student to share the information.
