Formal Evaluation of Student Performance and Progress

Students will receive feedback related to completion of all competencies and performance indicators and successful demonstration of all accreditation-required competencies. Completion will be documented through activities and performance in both class and professional settings.

Demonstration of all accreditation-required competencies and performance indicators will be documented through completion of rubrics and rotation evaluations. Formative and summative assessment of student performance may occur in each class and supervised experiential learning experience. 

The program director will confirm that each student has addressed each performance indicator and demonstrated attainment of each required competency.
