Program of Study
Secondary education students meet regularly with an adviser in the Student Services Center to plan their program of study. Upon completion of pre-professional requirements (usually in the third year), students in each of the endorsement areas must be selectively admitted into the endorsement program prior to professional education course work. There are two admissions periods each year with due dates of February 1 and September 15 with specific requirements and procedures for admission. (Note that Secondary Social Sciences has only Fall semester admissions and Secondary English and Language Arts Education only has Spring semester admissions).
