All applicants applying to the UNL Athletic Training Program (UNL ATP) must have a physical examination conducted by a suitable healthcare provider within one year prior to beginning the UNL ATP.
If the physical examination is completed off UNL campus, the Physical Examination Form provided on the UNL ATCAS application must be used. Students are responsible for the costs of obtaining the required health physical examination.
Failure to submit verification of the health physical examination to the program director before beginning assigned clinical education activities will result in the student being unable to continue in the program until the missing documentation is submitted.
