LEVERTON HALL
Located at 1700 North 35th Street on UNL's East Campus, Ruth Leverton Hall serves as the hub of departmental activity housing the administrative office, the UNL Athletic Training Program Learning Lab, the Nutrition and Exercise Science Wellness Lab, a vibrant community of graduate research teams, the Nebraska Center for the Prevention of Obesity Diseases, and the Biomedical and Obesity Research Core.

GWENDOLYN A. NEWKIRK HUMAN SCIENCES BUILDING
Four Nebraska Extension Educators are based in the Gwendolyn A. Newkirk Human Sciences Building located at 1650 North 35th Street on UNL's East Campus.

FILLEY HALL
On UNL's East Campus, Filley Hall (3720 East Campus Loop) houses two Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences' research laboratories -the Bednarski Lab and the Natarajan Lab- under one roof.

CAROLYN POPE EDWARDS HALL
Located on UNL's City Campus at 840 North 14th Street, Carolyn Pope Edwards Hall serves as the hub for exercise physiology classrooms, lab, and faculty offices.

THE SCARLET HOTEL ON NEBRASKA INNOVATION CAMPUS
Since June 2025, the Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management Program has called The Scarlet Hotel home, occupying a newly built academic space at 2101 Transformation Drive.
