In Memoriam

With respect and gratitude, we honor the memory of our departed colleagues from the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences. 

These individuals helped to shape our department through their dedication to scholarship, research, education, and service. From making last impacts on their areas of work and sharing invaluable wisdom to forging personal connections that will not be forgotten, their contributions extended far beyond academic achievement. Each mentored generations of students, advanced crucial research that improved human health, and fostered a community of excellence within our walls and throughout the University of Nebraska. 

Their legacies live on in our ongoing mission and in the countless lives they touched as educators and colleagues.
