Director of Patient Experience, Great Plains Regional Medical Center
As the Director of Patient Experience, I am responsible for working with the all staff members of GPRMC to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our patients and their families. I help train staff on current best practices for improving the Patient Experience, work with National Research Corporation to administer our patient satisfaction surveys, and serve as the Patient Advocate. I also coordinate both the Patient and Family Advisory Council and the hospital's Patient Experience Team, which is a team made up of all directors and managers who round on every patient, every day.

My job is truly one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had, because it allows me to interact with our patients and work towards providing them with an exceptional experience while they are with our facility.
