My professional expertise includes:
- clinical and behavioral intervention studies in adults and children
- nutritional epidemiology and dietary analyses within large cohorts
- survey development and validation
- assessment of nutrition intervention
- multiple publications related to obesity, cancer and ethnic differences in disease risk
- analyses examining nutritional and inflammatory biomarkers with the risk of chronic diseases
