Nutrition and Health Sciences (NHS) is an academic department within the College of Education & Human Sciences (CEHS) at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Classrooms, laboratories, and offices are located within Leverton Hall, Filley Hall and the Human Sciences Building (East Campus) as well as Neihardt Residential Center and the Coliseum (City Campus). The main office is located at 110 Leverton Hall and can be reached at (402) 472-3716.
NHS has 30 faculty members, approximately 930 undergraduate students, and 70 graduate students. Most NHS Faculty engage in scholarly research that provides the basis for a graduate student’s masters thesis or doctoral dissertation.
