Required Program Documentation Prior to Beginning the Program

Students must provide the following documentation before beginning the program:

1. Official transcript(s) with degree posted and confirmation that all prerequisites have been met.
2. Proof of required immunizations and health insurance coverage.
3. Completion of a background check.
4. Student membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (proof not needed).
