Research: Investigating the protective effect of dietary palmitoleate (PO) supplementation. Our approach is to utilize humanized Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 2 Knock-in (hSTAT2KI) mice and test the protective role of palmitoleate against ZIKV infection in the placenta.
