Mollie Rappl Career Coach

MOLLIE RAPPL (First Generation, CEHS Alum) joins CEHS from University Housing and brings experience from a variety of roles in sales and insurance, property management and the State Department of Education. Rappl earned an associate’s degree from Southeast Community College, a bachelor’s degree in business from Doane University and a master’s degree in educational administration from Nebraska.

Holly Smith Advisor

HOLLY SMITH (Minnesotan, First Generation, UNL Alum) joins CEHS from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities as a professor of leadership development and a veteran of the hospitality industry. Well-versed in the holistic student experience, with prior roles in recruitment, admissions, orientation, first year experience programs, financial aid, academic affairs, and more. Holly earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UNL and a master’s degree in College Student Development from Western Illinois University.
