CEHS Fall Research Conference

CEHS Fall Research Conference

17 Aug 2012

The College of Education and Human Sciences is sponsoring a college-wide opportunity to share research, extension, creative endeavors, curriculum development projects and other scholarly activities. This is the "kick-off" for a two-day event celebrating research throughout CEHS for faculty and students. This Research Conference will provide an opportunity for faculty and students to experience the high quality and diverse scholarship within the College of Education and Human Sciences. We would ask everyone to save the date—November 2nd, 2012 from 4:00-6:00 P.M. and to share with other faculty in CEHS their research, extension, creative and academic work.

Faculty are encouraged to consider sharing their scholarship including what has already been presented at national or international conferences. In addition, we would encourage faculty to share work they have done with students and encourage students to be part of the presentation. The Research Conference will be held on November 2nd from 4:00-6:00 P.M. at the East Campus Union. Each faculty member and/or team of faculty and students will be provided an area to display a poster reflecting their work (area to be determined and neither technology nor display tools will be provided).

We look forward to learning about the exciting endeavors and successes of our faculty and provide time to network with faculty, students, stakeholders from inside and outside of the College of Education and Human Sciences. We would also encourage everyone to plan to attend the Student Research Conference to be held on Saturday, November 3rd in Teachers College Hall on city campus.
