Meet a Husker: Brooks Kneifl

Meet Brooks Kneifl, a special education 7-12 major from Wayne, Neb. Brooks is also a pitcher on the Husker Baseball team.

Why did you choose the University of Nebraska-Lincoln?
I chose The University of Nebraska-Lincoln because of all the connections you are allowed to have with a ton of great people. I am a part of the baseball team here as well, so that was also a big part of my decision!

What activities and organizations are you involved in on campus?
Husker Heroes
I will also be participating in the 4Seams Academy Stadium Tour at Haymarket Park.

What has been your favorite class so far and why?
My favorite class is by far my special education class. I enjoy it because I am able to learn so much information about kids with disabilities and how their minds work!

What are your career goals?
My career goals include setting up kids for success in life by teaching, and I also want to coach baseball as baseball has always been my greatest passion.
