England, SECD, receives CEHS Staff Star award

Jill England, SECD, was honored April 17 with the CEHS Staff Star award. Jill is the graduate student secretary for the department.

About England, one SECD member wrote, "Jill does an outstanding job of managing our graduate programs in special education and communication disorders. She is extremely organized and efficient in her work. Our graduate programs have high national rankings in our respective areas, and Jill is a major reason for helping us maintain the outstanding reputation and quality of our graduate education programs. Jill is also exceptional with maintaining good student and faculty relationships. Students applying to our graduate programs are highly impressed with Jill's assistance and the time she spends helping them with their graduate program or application needs. Jill goes the extra mile even though her position doesn't call for it. I can't think of a better staff member of our college than Jill England!"

 

The CEHS Staff Star award is given every two months to a staff member who exemplifies the hard work, care, and concern that exemplifies CEHS' committment to families, schools, and communities.
