Five students from the College of Education and Human Sciences were among the 47 selected to serve as strengths coaches at the Clifton Strengths Institute for the 2025-26 academic year. The students will join returning coaches to mentor first-year College of Business undergraduate students.
The program required all new coaches to enroll in Strengths Coaching, Theory and Practice this spring, where they learned about strengths-based development and techniques to maximize individuals’ potential. Each strengths coach receives personalized guidance from experienced student mentors.
