Seven CEHS students graduating from University Honors Program

Seven students from the College of Education and Human Sciences are among the 197 Huskers graduating from the University Honors Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. 

To graduate from the Honors Program, students must maintain at least a 3.5 GPA, complete a culminating senior project or research thesis, and fulfill other curricular requirements. 

The seven CEHS students graduating from the Honors Program in May are listed below with their hometowns and majors. 

  • Grant Cline – Springfield, Missouri – nutrition, exercise and health science
  • Gabi Lawrey – Lincoln, Nebraska – human development and family science
  • Elizabeth Miller – Grand Island, Nebraska – human development and family science
  • Amelia Nesheim – Papillion, Nebraska – nutrition, exercise and health science
  • Margaret Scott – Bellevue, Nebraska – secondary education: mathematics
  • Abbie Summers – Norfolk, Nebraska – communication sciences and disorders
  • Sidney Yant – Lincoln, Nebraska – elementary education
