William Wilton is pursuing an MA in Teaching, Learning, and Teacher Education with a minor in Child Youth and Family Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Social Justice and Diversity Education. He has a background in Family and Consumer Sciences Education, which includes experience student teaching both in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Cork, Ireland. He currently works for Nebraska 4-H as a Hybrid Positive Youth Development Program Coordinator. His academic research looks at how preservice FCS teachers can be better prepared to understand and implement humanizing pedagogical practices into their work in the classroom.
