Section 1 - Notice of Nondiscrimination

The University of Nebraska and the University of Nebraska Athletic Training Program does not discriminate based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, and/or political affiliation in its programs, activities, or employment. Care is taken to ensure non-discrimination in all didactic and clinical educational opportunities. Any student who believes they have been discriminated against based on any of the aforementioned reasons should notify the UNL Athletic Training Program Director and report a concern to the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (Report a Concern).

Discrimination in any form will not be tolerated in the UNL Athletic Training Program, including in the classroom or clinical sites. Acts of discrimination must be reported to the UNL Athletic Training Program Director. Any and all acts of discrimination reported within the UNL Athletic Training Program will be addressed by the UNL Athletic Training faculty, and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.
