The university supervisor plays a vital role as the primary liaison between the College of Education and Human Sciences, the school, and the student teacher. Clear, specific, and honest feedback is most beneficial to both the student and prospective employers. Because student teaching is a developmental process, it’s important that performance evaluations are openly discussed with the student teacher.
