The Pixel Lab in the College of Education and Human Sciences was one of two campus units recognized with the Staff Senate Presidential Citation Award for Excellence during the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Staff Senate meeting on March 12.
The Pixel Lab team was honored as a vital resource for students, faculty and staff, providing professional design, printing, photography and video services that significantly elevated visual communication across academic and promotional projects. The recognition also noted the Pixel Lab’s service in providing large-format printing of research posters and the accessible, free templates available on its website.
“Their specialized tools and expert staff support research dissemination and campus initiatives not only within CEHS, but across the university,” the Staff Senate shared. “By offering high-quality services efficiently, they save users valuable time and resources while consistently delivering exceptional results.”
The award, conferred by the staff senate president and reviewed and awarded by the Staff Senate Recognition Committee, recognizes offices, departments and units for going above and beyond to improve the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
The Pixel Lab is a service center located in Henzlik Hall on City Campus. It provides large-format and laser printing services for individuals, campus units, and members of the broader community.
