Athletic Training Students (ATS) may not transport patients/clients as part of their clinical education assignments in a personal or institution vehicle. An ATS may accompany a patient/client to a medical appointment as part of their clinical education assignment only if directly supervised by the assigned clinical preceptor and approval from the patient/client has been received.
