The Buros Center for Testing is hosting a three-part webinar series focused on the assessment of intellectual disability with the first webinar set for Sept. 10.
The series will share current research, practical applications, and perspectives on assessment practices for individuals with intellectual disabilities, highlighting approaches that support accurate diagnostic practices and improve outcomes across educational, clinical and community settings.
“The goal of our webinars is to provide evidence-based recommendations on the selection and use of assessments in education and psychology,” said Jessica Jonson, research associate professor and associate director of the Buros Center.
Professional educators, clinicians, counselors, school psychologists, measurement professionals, researchers and graduate students are welcome to attend the webinar series. The cost is $25 per webinar for continuing education (CE) credits and $20 per webinar without CEs. There is no charge for University of Nebraska-Lincoln faculty, staff and students to attend.
