Sixteen future teachers were selected for the newest cohort of the Teacher Scholars Academy in the College of Education and Human Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Students in the academy are engaged in a supportive, cohort-based learning community throughout their teacher-education program.
The academy was established to prepare teachers who will continue to grow and develop beyond their degree. As of May, 133 new teachers have graduated from the academy since its inception in 2019.
