Nine CEHS students named Chancellor’s Scholars

Nine students from the College of Education and Human Sciences will be recognized as Chancellor’s Scholars during the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s undergraduate commencement ceremony May 20 at Memorial Stadium.

First Teacher Scholars Academy cohort to earn degrees

In commencement exercises May 20, degrees will be conferred to 203 new teachers, and among them are the members of the first cohort of the Teacher Scholars Academy.

Twiss finds community, growth as part of Teacher Scholars Academy

Morgan Twiss remembers nearly always wanting to be a teacher, and after she graduates May 20 as a member of the inaugural cohort of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Teacher Scholars Academy, she’ll begin her career at Elliott Elementary in Lincoln, where she’ll teach second grade.

2 CEHS students honored with Student Luminary Awards

Two students in the College of Education and Human Sciences were among the 12 University of Nebraska–Lincoln students awarded Student Luminary Awards to recognize their exceptional leadership and commitment to improving the campus and community.
